BEGINNER
TUMBLING

This class focuses on the development of forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, and handstands.

Tuesdays 5:30-6:15
Thursdays 5:45-6:30

WACKY
WALKOVERS

This class builds the skills needed to do front and back walkovers.

Required skills: Handstands, Bridge, Cartwheel, and Standing Backbend.

Mondays 5:30-6:15

BHS
101

This is an excellent class for athletes who have strong walkovers to learn how to do a backhandspring. It will also help athletes clean up their handspring technique.

Mondays 7:00-7:45

BEGINNER ADVANCED TUMBLING

This class is for improving and developing the skills beyond beginner, but not quite at walkovers. The class focuses on the technical aspects of standing backbends, cartwheels, round-offs, and power hurdles into skills. Instructors will also begin walkovers with drills for athletes to understand the correct shaping needed for strong walkovers.

Wednesdays 5:00-5:45

TREMENDOUS
TUCKS

This class is for the athlete with a solid backhanding to work on standing tucks, front punches, and running passes to tuck.

TOUCHDOWN
TUCKS

& TWISTS

This class is for the athlete working on higher-level tumbling skills. The focus is on standing fulls, running skills to layouts and fulls, and standing back handspring series to layouts and fulls.

Required skills: Back Handsprings and Running Passes to Tucks.

Wednesdays 6:30-7:15
Fridays 6:30-7:15

HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE TUMBLING

This class is run for older athletes, regardless of starting skill. Stations and spotting will be used to develop and perfect technique in handsprings and tucks.

Mondays 7:30-8:30
