Join us this Labor Day for a high-energy clinic designed to help athletes sharpen their tumbling, improve stunt technique, and build strong fundamentals heading into the fall season.
Whether you’re working on perfecting current skills or preparing for the next level, our experienced coaching staff will provide personalized instruction in a fun, positive, and safe environment.
Athletes will work on:
- Tumbling technique and progressions
- Stunt fundamentals and body positions
- Flyers, bases, and back spot skills
- Jumps, motions, and performance quality
- Strength, flexibility, and drills you can take home
Athletes will be grouped by age and ability to ensure everyone is challenged appropriately.
