Cheer & Stunt Classes

At Supernatural All Stars, our Recreational Classes are designed to ignite passion and build skills in cheerleading and tumbling. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your abilities, our classes provide a supportive environment for all athletes!

Intro to Cheer

Intro to Cheer is an 8-week program, open to ages 4-14. This program takes participants through the journey of putting together a cheer routine with all its elements – tumbling, stunting, jumps, pyramid, and dance. At the end of the 8 weeks, participants show their family and friends the routine. This is a great way for people interested in the sport of cheer to get to experience all elements in a fun, structured manner.

Includes t-shirt and bow.

8 Week Sessions | September & March

Stretch and Flex

Stretch and Flex classes are designed to help athletes work on their flexibility by going through several different stretching exercises. As flexibility is important to everyone because it helps lessen injury, and keeps the muscles strong and healthy, this class can be taken by anyone and is open to the public. It does not follow a cheer lesson plan, rather the class feels more like a beginner yoga class.

This class is highly recommended for cheerleaders who want to become flyers, as flexibility is a requirement for those athletes.

Mondays 6:15-7:00 | Tuesdays 4:45-5:30

Stunt Class

Athletes interested in learning more about stunting are encouraged to take this class. The athlete can select which role they would like to work on (flyer, base, back).

This is limited to 3 participants in each role to ensure a full learning of the role.

Flyer Training

Athletes looking to grow as a flyer find this class ideal for development. Using tools such as flyer stands, athletes work on learning to squeeze their bodies, hold different body positions, switch-ups, and tick-tocks.
